Kontakt Instruments

Applies to: Ultimate Heavy Drums

Compatibility: designed for use with Kontakt or Kontakt Player (free) version 6.7.1 and above — a virtual instrument engine compatible with VST, AU and AAX plug-in formats.

Important: ensure you have the latest version of Kontakt or Kontakt Player before starting the serial activation process.

Activation & installation: activate and install using Native Access for a seamless experience.

Activation & Installation
  1. Download and install Native Access: visit the Native Access download page and install the latest version.
  2. Open Native Access: launch the app, then install or update to Kontakt Player 6.7.1+ or Kontakt 6.7.1+.
  3. Add your serial: click “Add A Serial” in the top left corner of the app window.
  4. Register your product: enter your serial number and click “Add Serial”. Make sure you are connected to the internet to complete activation.
  5. Find your library: click the ‘Not Installed’ tab on the left and locate your library.
  6. Install your library: click ‘Install’ next to the library — it will download and install.
  7. Launch Kontakt: close Native Access and open Kontakt. Your library appears in the Libraries rack on the left.
  8. Ready to use: your library is ready to load and play.

Supported on Intel Macs & Apple silicon Macs (Rosetta only).

Minimum Requirements

4 GB of RAM
3.7 GB of disk space (+1.3 GB for one-shot and TCI files)
1280 x 768px display, internet connection.
If you move your .blob file to an external drive, we recommend an SSD to prevent dropouts.

Plug-in Formats

VST 2, AAX and AU 2.
All plug-in formats are 64-bit only.
